Research: Audience Questionnaire

I Created this audience questionnaire to see what my target audience (from around 15 to 21) expect to see from my music video, what they would like and how often they actually watch music videos. I designed it to be only 5 answers, most of which are multiple choice so it is less time consuming for the participant and also so I could hand the questionnaire out to more people and therefore get a better and more accurate spread of results.

This will help me get ideas and improve existing ideas on what to include in the video.
